• appointment of permanent or temporary dean’s committees, determination of their composition, period of operation and tasks,
• financial planning,
• management of financial resources,
• oversight of the activities of the faculty’s organizational units,
• legal issues,
• employee social matters,
• cooperation with the AMU Alumni Association,
• investment activities.

• student social matters,
• student government,
• student scientific, cultural and sport activities,
• representation of the faculty in meetings related to studies,
• assessment of teachers’ work based on student evaluation surveys,
• international cooperation involving students and staff,
• supervision and coordination of activities related to cooperation with schools,
• education quality and course accreditation,
• teacher education,
• e-learning.
